About San Francisco Epoxy Floors Co.

San Francisco Epoxy Floors Co. is a referral website. It explains epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic, stained and polished floors and concrete resurfacing in San Francisco and the San Mateo County cities beside it, along with the rules that govern the work and the national costs the surveys publish, each with its source. A request made on this site is handed to an independent installer who holds a California contractor license. CSLB's fact sheet allows a referral service to keep contact details for contractors who hold licenses and give them to customers.

The site does not install floors, quote prices or sign contracts. The quote, the contract and the work come from the installer, and CSLB advises customers to sign with, and pay, the contractor who holds the license directly. Look up the installer's license on CSLB's website before signing, and expect a written contract with the terms section 7159 requires. Questions about a request can be sent through the contact page.
